We provide comprehensive Advisory, Company Secretarial matters and Consultancy Services to the local Individual Business Entrepreneur, Private and Public Ltd. Company and 100% Foreign companies, joint ventures, set up liaison offices, branch offices. Our core mission is to deliver trusted guidance in legal, taxation, financial and regulatory matters to help businesses operate smoothly and in compliance with the laws and regulation of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
Our function is to render any sort of Advisory and Consultancy Services as Consultant and Legal Advisor to any Local or Foreign Person and Company, Joint Venture Company, Liaison Office and Branch Office providing all kinds of legal and logistical support under the applicable laws of the Government of the Peoples of Bangladesh (GOB). This includes Legal & Secretarial affairs as per Companies Act, 1994, Finance Act 2023, Value Added Tax (VAT) Act 1991, Factory and Labor Law, Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA) Regulations, Banking and Financial Laws and guidance on Bangladesh Accounting System (BAS) and International Accounting System (IAS).
